Refund & Return Policy

At Amazki Creations, we want to ensure that you’re satisfied with your purchase. Our refund policy covers the following situations:

  1. Damaged or Faulty Products: If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please let us know.
  2. Incorrect Deliveries: If the wrong product is delivered to you, we’ll address the issue.
  3. Order Cancellations: Orders can be canceled before dispatch, except for customized orders.

For prepaid orders made using debit cards, credit cards, net banking, or any other method via our payment gateway partner, refunds can be processed back to the original payment method or issued as store credit or a store voucher, based on your preference. Refunds typically take 8–12 working days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or financial institution. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be provided as store credit or a voucher, sent to your registered email address.

If your order was not delivered, a refund will be processed once we confirm that the product was not received and that you have chosen to receive a refund.

For international orders, refunds will be processed after the product is returned to our Indian warehouse. Orders placed using gift certificates or cards will be refunded with a new gift certificate or card of equal value. Once your return is received, our team will reach out to process your refund, which may take up to 2 weeks.

Important: To ensure a smooth refund process, please contact us at amazkicreations@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery with an unboxing video to prevent any discrepancies.
